Dark Mind, Dark Thoughts

I write to make myself feel better and to express the thoughts that run through my head that have led me to where I am today.

I deal with multiple mental issues and sometimes don’t cope very well so when I write, its usually because I’m not doing well. Lately, however, I have decided to try to open up about things that I’ve kept to myself all my life. Some of my stories will be triggers for others so please read with that in mind.

My goal is not to provide shock and awe but to tell the story of a troubled life and how I have overcome some of the worst moments and events you can imagine.

I open up to anyone who will read this to let them know they aren’t alone. You don’t have to feel like you are the only person feeling that way.

I encourage anyone to share with me and I will post it if you feel like you’re ready to share a story or a feeling.
